Does your technical issue involve us seeing your computer, notebook or server screen? We offer remote access support where we want to securely log into your device and provide support through us viewing and, if needed, controlling your device. This service uses bank-level security protocols.
Our support is available in the palm of your hand. We offer text/SMS support to your dedicated support technican.
We offer scheduled video support options. Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Google Duo, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
We offer on demand and schedule telephone support options. This includes the ability for you to contact us through toll-free Canada/USA phone number. As well, we can provide you with the call transcription so that you can review the support call for future reference.
